Size Exchanges and Returns
If you need to request a size exchange or a return, you’re in the right place. Below you’ll find all the information you need to complete the process.
The most important thing to know is that you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a size exchange or return. After this period, no exchanges or returns can be accepted.
Please remember that we can only accept returns of garments that remain in their original condition. This means we cannot process or approve an exchange or return if the item shows any of the following:
- Signs of use such as stains or tears.
- Unpleasant odours.
- The tag has been removed.
Each item must be packed in its original packaging and in a secure parcel suitable for shipping, to prevent any damage during transit. If you no longer have the original packaging, simply place the garments in a well-sealed box.
Important: by requesting a size exchange or a return, you confirm that the garments have not been worn. Renne Bleu reserves the right to reject the return and take appropriate measures if the returned items show signs of use or damage not caused by manufacturing or transport.
How to Request a Size Exchange or a Return
To request a size exchange or return, simply contact us via the form on our website and include the following information:
- Order number.
- The size you wish to exchange.
- The new size you need.
We’ll reply within 48 business hours with all the instructions you need to drop off your parcel at a collection point. Once the products are received and verified to be in their original condition, we’ll proceed with your exchange or refund.
Important: when dropping off your parcel, don’t forget to ask the courier for a proof of delivery receipt. In case of any issue with the return shipment, this document will be required for tracking.
Faulty Products
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the external condition of the parcel upon delivery and note any issues immediately.
If the parcel is severely damaged (open, torn, etc.), we recommend refusing the delivery. If you were unable to refuse it, you have 48 hours to contact us and file a claim, including photos and videos of the parcel, the shipping label, and the faulty product.

The information you provide will be reviewed by our returns department. If the return is confirmed to be due to a defect, fault, or incorrect product, Renne Bleu will cover the return shipping costs and send you a new identical item in perfect condition.
If the product is no longer available, you can choose to exchange it (for another size or model) or receive a refund for the item.
