The User is informed that CCCSL has contracted the services of Google Analytics (Google) and Mailchimp, whose servers are hosted in the USA, which implies an international data transfer. Nevertheless, the international transfers are regularised since the mentioned entities adhere to the Privacy Shield.
CCCSL only shares your name and email address with Mailchimp if you subscribe to our newsletter. Mailchimp is a marketing automation and email marketing platform that we use to send you our promotions and offers. When you subscribe to our newsletter you will receive a confirmation email in which, once you confirm by clicking the confirm button, you will have accepted our privacy policy and will be subscribed to our newsletter list. 3.- Data Retention
User data will be retained for the following periods:
