Nevertheless, the international transfers are regularised since the mentioned entities adhere to the Privacy Shield.

CCCSL only shares your name and email address with Mailchimp if you subscribe to our newsletter. Mailchimp is a marketing automation and email marketing platform that we use to send you our promotions and offers. When you subscribe to our newsletter you will receive a confirmation email in which, once you confirm by clicking the confirm button, you will have accepted our privacy policy and will be subscribed to our newsletter list. Google Analytics is a statistical data analysis service provided by Google. CCCSL uses this service to track usage statistics.

3.- Data Retention

User data will be retained for the following periods:

• Data used to contact the User to finalise the order if they have saved their shopping cart or saved products without completing payment will be retained for 180 days.

• Data relating to satisfaction and quality surveys will be retained for five (5) years.

Data provided through out-of-stock product forms will be processed until the communication is sent to the User indicating that the product is in stock and, if it does not come back into stock, for six (6) months.

Data provided for sending the Newsletter will be retained as long as the User does not revoke the consent given.

Data used for sending commercial communications will be processed until the user objects or revokes their consent.

Data used for profiling, using third-party sources, will in no case refer to a period longer than three (3) years.
