- Shipping costs €6.99. Free for orders over €50
- Delivery in 3-5 business days
- Please note that this timeframe may be longer during sales periods, Black Friday, Christmas, or other special promotions.
Before Placing Your Order…
Before finalizing your order, please keep the following in mind:
- All orders completed after 4:00 p.m. are prepared and shipped the next business day.
- Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be prepared on the next working day.
- The courier company does not deliver on weekends or national holidays.
- These rates and delivery times apply only to shipments within United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Italy, Poland, and Portugal.
- Renne Bleu is not responsible if delivery cannot be completed due to false, inaccurate, or incomplete information provided by the customer, or for reasons beyond our control, such as the recipient’s absence.
Notifications
After completing your payment, you will receive a confirmation email so you can verify that all the information is correct. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once your order has been prepared, you will receive another email notifying you that your items are ready to be shipped. This email will include all the instructions to track your order in real time through the courier’s website.
